By accessing or using Assembly ("the Service") at assemblysimulator.com or lab.assemblysimulator.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Assembly is a multi-agent AI simulation platform that models how real people might debate and respond to questions or decisions. Outputs are simulations — they are not guaranteed predictions, professional advice, legal counsel, or market research. Use results as one input among many, not as a sole basis for decisions.
You may use Assembly for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Access to the simulation tool (Public Opinion Lab) is currently invite-only. We reserve the right to grant, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion. During the beta period, access is provided free of charge and may change.
All content, code, branding, and simulation methodology on Assembly is owned by Assembly and its founders. You retain ownership of the questions you submit. By submitting content, you grant Assembly a non-exclusive license to use that content to operate and improve the Service.
Assembly is provided "as is" during beta. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of results, or fitness for any particular purpose. Simulation outputs are probabilistic models — not facts, not guarantees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assembly and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on simulation outputs.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
